Task & Responsibility
Assist with the planning, implementing and creation of menus
Demonstrate cooking techniques and procedures, monitoring these procedures presentation & temperatures of all meals served
Assist in the training & managing of kitchen staff
Uphold Health & Safety Procedures
Always show strength & leadership
Qualification & Experience
Age 18 - 45
Minimum 5 years verified work experience
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or higher
IELTS band level at least IELTS 5
Have a passion for cooking
Be able to organize production schedules
Have knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety procedures
Able to Work well under pressure
Able to demonstrate strong leadership skill and be a team player
