Task & Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other related problems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on hire machinery, such as oil changes.
Repair and replace faulty parts, components, and systems, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose complex machinery problems.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and effective services.
Qualification & Experience
Age 22 - 40
Minimum 3 years verified work experience
Certificate III in Outdoor Power Equipment Technology
IELTS band level at least IELTS 5
Proven experience as an Mechanic with a solid understanding around engines and machinery of the like.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn is crucial for this role, training will be provided.
Experience working on small engines (honda gx), high pressure pumps & demolition saws.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both with team members and customers.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Any mechanical related certification is a plus but not a requirement!
